Although it seems impossible for people to have this much money, most serious investors will not touch a stock until it is $1, $4, $5 or higher.. PER share.
They want 10 shares? Itll cost them $50.. and they wont think twice. OWCP just landed on the desks of many new, powerful, and serious investor looking not for a 'flip', but an actual investment.
