I’m not a premium iFlub member, but I did go back and check part of his history for SCIE, albeit briefly – which was at the peak of the last run, so his comments were quite or very positive.

On January 4th he posted (one of many): “Real Company, REAL HOT Branding SuperStar, Hot Product...JUst entering its Growth Phase...Do NOT let a single or even a few Red Days Sway One's Confidence...imHo ICNB going WAY Higher...!!!!”
On January 5th he posted: “…reducing the A/S by 500 Mill , Still leaves 1 billion for Dilution, which is Currently underway. Third ...Today ...ICNB has just revealed itself to be the Stinky Pinky share selling Scam that most thought it was, but that got diverted by the Christie Factor....Any Future News will be accompanied by Dilution. So Absolutely Nothing Favorable in that correspondence..!!”

Then he took a break from posting and started with the page 9 stuff yesterday (nearly a week later).
I was just hoping to find out if what he’s negatively noting (and why he suddenly changed his tune) is correct or not. There is information (from the company) and explanations to the contrary (from several other posters), but doubt has reared its ugly head.
In short, after reading the thing in its entirety several times (to include page 9), is, from your understanding, dilution happening or not? Might/Will happen or not?
Very much appreciate your thoughts on the matter, particularly as I have a large stack of shares I’m sitting on and your (previous) thoughts (other posts) about .30 or .50 (whenever that might be) would seriously alter the course of my life in numerous ways.
I know, I know – just your opinion, not investment advice, but it sure is fun to think about the possibilities. More importantly, however, I need to (strongly) reinforce my exit and/or addition plans on an ongoing basis – which necessitates being as clear as possible of all that is or might be going on.
