Here is a system that could arise after the economic collapse? WSJ story from June. If one puts the title and author into the GOOGLE search you can see the entire story, With Yahoo search you don't.
This could tie into the coming cashless society India is trying now as I keyboard that I posted on in the recent past. Part of India's plan is one tax replacing all state and federal levies.
I am not saying I like it, but see the NWO boys liking it. India link at the bottom.
