I cannot think why they would continue to post - often just to each other - during the long 2-year period when all supporters / shareholders deserted the iHub board due to the hostile, time wasting environment.
The bottom line, however it is spun, is that the removal of the DTC Chill is great news as it means that anyone can trade Common shares through their broker now (or within a few days) if they choose to.
Ben Lurkin is also deliberately misleading by stating that Restricted shares will be "dumped". Some professionals - such as the Company SEC Attorney or CPA - might have been paid in Restricted shares rather than cash - because they believe in the company and the growth prospects. The only difference a DTC Chill or not makes is the period of restriction - minimum 6 months hold without a Chill - 12 months with a Chill. Either way, there is still a long process to get them derestricted and even then they cannot be traded on line through the retail brokers at a moments notice. They have to go through MMs like VNDM - that's what the occasional 1M or so probably was against a VNDM 10K that we saw on the way up on a few occasions. Remember there was one at .0033 and later also at .0019 - they are not significant enough to matter.
The company is not diluting shares - as evidenced by the volumes and easy rapid movement up from .0002. Compare that to MLCG for instance that needs 200M>400M to move up a single .0001 increment (which it nevertheless is still managing to do - .0001>.0004 in 3 days).
It has already been explained that the additional 2.5B A/S is to be used for acquisitions / mergers (obviously in lieu of cash).
I don't understand any of the bashers either - they are pretty simple and often forget what they stated previously - they are often caught out by inconsistent statements to the extent that their arguments just aren't credible.
