I think he is speaking to the cost of that financing which at the current stock price is very expensive IMO. I good partnership is a better option but the SP no doubt influences the offers potential partners are willing to make, it's a dynamic calculus. Currently we're in a catch 22 until results propel us into a self reinforcing up cycle of increasing SP, media attention, up-listing, instutional long term holders and increasingly more money to invest in developing our platforms at a faster rate. I believe this 'virtuous cycle' is coming or I'd be on the sideline waiting for an opportunity to jump in at a lower price point as are the naysayers IMO. Hence the friction of opinions we see every day.
