According to the complaint, following an October 13, 2016 announcement that the Company had filed with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration an amended protocol for the GENIUNE Phase 3 trial eliminating part of the study and reducing target enrollment, the value of TG Therapeutics shares declined significantly.
