Earlier today a poster asked the question what is different today as it regards Baltia that would have us believe our airline will be successful in the near future? I believe the following, although not an exhaustive list may help to answer that question:
1. Anthony ( Tony ) Koulouris - Yes Tony has been with the company 5 plus years but he is now our President and as such is calling the shots.
2. Connie Kalitta - Board of Directors brings nearly 30 years of expertise to our board along with all the aviation resources at his finger tips.
3. A newer 767-300 aircraft that surely is already prepped or being prepped for delivery to Baltia by 4/1/17.
4. Captain D.E. Kramer - Chief Pilot with extensive experience piloting the 767-300 to Europe and elsewhere.
5. George W. Kelsey - New General Counsel with extensive background and National expertise in aviation law.
6. Executive team - 119 member executive team with various experience and input.
7. Communication - 3 PR's in the last 65 days keeping the stockholders and investment community abreast of all the accomplishments of Baltia and the new management team. This is a breath of fresh air compared to what the stockholders were used to.
8. New name re branding - This will help to make that final separation from the failures of the past! Yes there have been failures!
9. Restructuring - TBD should get many of those details at the next SH meeting.
10. New Vision - TBD should get many of those details at the next SH meeting.
As stated at the beginning of this post this is not an exhaustive list any additional details/reasons that our posters would like to add would be appreciated!!
