I know for me, it is the court case
that has me not posting. IMHO the stalling by KBM is designed
to agitate and demoralize the shareholder. They want us to get
negative and turn against the company.
As thesmalls,casey,,and myself have all said over the past year or
so, the company could have opted out and shafted the shareholder by continuing with the dilution and then just r/s this to continue their operation. The company took the high road on many issues.(to
protect themselves and us).
Management has not sold much, if any, shares that they accumulated in compensation for work/achievements. They have the
same motive as shareholders to overcome KBM, right the ship, and
return to trading with strong numbers.
If anything ,this aids them, knowing their are tons of shares short. If they can deliver with the numbers, they can really deliver a major blow to the other boys and gals.......
Lets see the court/judge step up and get this thing going. He/She
is allowing this carnival to continue. It's not HJOE we have to look at.... JMHO
