To help some fellow/sister shareholders understand: We are not being asked for our vote. This is just notification that It has already been decided by Bill -- who holds around 86% of the votes himself, due to voting rights conferred to Series A and B shareholders.There are over 1 trillion votes possible in the company (at present) Common shareholders, like myself, only amount to around a total of 4 billion votes. As such, this notification to all of us shareholders is just pro forma.
