73M bid at .0002 already. Many that were bid sitting at .0001 failed to hit the ask at .0002 when they had the chance to average down over the last few days. That's why there was an instant surge today - most missed out.
It is only a matter of time before those on the .0002 bid hit the ask at .0003 to ensure they get some cheap shares before the next update on the new business plan.
