HIRU building massive pending JV deal w/Endexx EDXC?
MEGA NEW DD -MUST READ on HIRU now for ALL!
IMO, We have already established the likelihood that $HIRU is connected to GRASS ROOTS Medical Clinic - which is actually a MEGA collective of 7 Dispensaries/Medical doctor offices around 5 cities in Colorado. However, Grass Roots is connected to another much larger Colorado Medical Marijuana outfit.....
and what's most intriguing ...is that both of these two massive clinics in Colorado are both owned by Todd Davis, CEO of Endexx Corp. SO....what do we know? All of a sudden in Dec, HIRU announced a new corporate address in Boulder, Colorado that just so happens to be the exact address of a HUGE conglomerate of dispensaries and Medical Marijuana clinics established since 2009 that are a part of a private consortium of the largest network of MMJ doctors and clones in Colorado .

Todd Davis, president of Colorado Medical Marijuana, a referral and registration service, said the Obama administration’s announcement pushed the industry into overdrive.
“It’s amazing. [The dispensaries] are popping up everywhere,” Mr. Davis said. “We’re getting 25 calls a week with people wanting to start up a dispensary or become a caregiver. That’s what alarmed all the politicians in Colorado - they threw this in our lap and we’ve got to find some form of regulation here.”
