I skipped reading it. I believe it has to do with changing the state of registration .... most speculate in order to have endless authorized shares - bill swears it's to save money. At this point I don't know what to think. BIll was tossing around numbers in the tens of millions (loan, contracts etc.). But he is now concerned for 10s of thousands ? Honestly I don't know the cost impact. But it smells fishy.
Remember he did dilute and then promise a buyback - after mise drove the price down. Now he issues series C and wants us to convert in hopes of guaranteed gains - i don't know. The man sounds legit but in the past 16 months or so since I have been around he has delivered on nothing he said or promised and has consistently changed targets. Doesn't add up or smell right. Please - just my opinion ... don't IM me, not interested in discussing off this board. Have comments, post in here for all to see.
