SOP - I doubt the Tech is gonna say 'We're idiots and dont know how to fix it yet.' Of course theyre gonna blame the signal. Every worker at every job uses some kind of excuse to save their own ass!
Lets hope it gets resolved soon, regardless of what the major malfunction is.
