Post 1916 PoemStone I had an Retired Firefighter
from Manhattan, was our next door neighbor, in
ELK WA make the BEST Elderberry Wine!!! We had
2 huge Elderberry Trees growing in our front yard.
I'd eat 'em fresh off the tree. They are slightly
tart w/ a tinge of sweetness. Yes, Elderberry Tea,
Syrup, and Wine full antioxidants, bioflavanoids
and simply divine. It's a good way to protect and
maintian good health during the winter months.
