Important correction to your post: The update s

The update states that "an independent time and sensitivity study for Nanologix prior to marketing and sales for clinical use of the N-Assay."
I believe the independent party may be any one of those qualified who were in Vegas at the time of the unveiling of the N-Assay who showed extreme interest.
Also, my interpretation is that this is required only for clinical use. This is in concurrence with my understanding that the N-Assay can be sold at present for uses that does not involve people.
Note that the last part of the update states that the Company has fulfilled its obligations for the customized N-Assay kits to the large customer and is awaiting results from their use -- presumably, with the expected good...no, FANTASTIC results, they will be adopting the N-Assay everywhere they can resulting in dare I say MILLIONS in revenue each year.
