CDEL now wants to buy 4374 and has only the token 100 to sell. "Tracking" shares -- we so often see 100 share asks or buys as placeholders by various market makers. If those get hit, they get an alarm. That way the actual humans manipulating, I mean making, the market don't have to watch closely. At least, that's what a guy who used to be a junior trader for a market maker told me.
