Whatta a joke. Did you see the amount of fine? These folks should have been sent to jail for what they did. They will go back and do the same thing over and over. If SEC wanted to put the stop on this they would have done it long time ago. Poor DF just makes a little mistake like everyone was doing it back in 2006 and he landed in jail This is called American justice. Reward the rich basterds, fine and jail the regular street guy.
