Nexstim Plc (NXTMH:HEX, NXTMS:STO) (" Nexstim " or the " Company "), a medical technology company with a pioneering navigated non-invasive brain stimulation system, announces that, pursuant to the authorisations received from the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting on 18 August 2016 and the financing arrangement entered into with Bracknor Investment which was announced on 21 July, the Board of Directors of the Company has today resolved to approve Bracknor's request to convert EUR 350,000 of the convertible bond to Company's shares at issue price of EUR 0,10727. The Board of Director's has resolved to transfer a total of 3,262,794 new shares of the Company to Bracknor. The board of directors of the Company has also resolved to issue 5,372,641 new treasury shares to the Company itself without payment and to list the new shares issued pursuant to the above resolutions. The new shares will be listed approximately on 13 th January 2017. After the issuance the Company will have 5,572,318 treasury shares and the total number of shares in the Company is 55,723,184.
