Entra ASA : Sale of Moloveien 10 in Bodø and Kong

Entra has sold the property Moloveien 10 in Bodø and two adjacent land plots for NOK 82.5 million, which is about 30 % above current valuation in Entra. Closing is expected to take place 15 February 2017.
Entra has also sold the properties Kongens gate 85/Erling Skakkesgate 60 in Trondheim for NOK 16 million, which is in line with current valuation in Entra. Closing is expected to take place 31 March 2017.
The transactions are in accordance with Entra's strategy to focus the portfolio on large, flexible office buildings close to public transportation hubs and to divest smaller, non-core assets.
