I just read the PKGM 8-k's from last April and May. The merger with Kicksend was signed off by Michael Pope, who has (or had at that time) the title of President of Kicksend Holdings. He is also a Managing Director at Vert Capital. I see the connections...pretty clearly stated...pretty crazy.
