I agree that Menon handled the resolution of the original problem in the least harmful way possible for shareholders. Had he not transferred the shares there would have been an ugly battle.
To say that it was in no way paid for by CTIX is disingenuous unless you believe that Menon would have sold as many shares as Aruda and the lawyers. We (CTIX) are paying for those Aruda shares because our Aspire sales are that much more expensive due to the extra selling pressure Aruda exhibited on the stock in 2015 and 2016. It's possible we would have uplisted had Aruda not sold his shares.
