When long-term shareholders did that in late-2014, the instances of shorting decreased noticeably in the .0010>.0029 range.
It does not of course prevent "naked shorting" but does make it much easier to force a short squeeze when the naked shorts have to cover.
They underestimated the power of the longs in this when it came off the bottom at .0001 x .0002 until at least .0005 x .0006, and they still underestimate them now by relying on their "it's a scam" nonsense. They will probably get caught out by one of the upcoming $INCC catalysts hitting when they are diverted bashing elsewhere during periods of less activity on $INCC whilst awaiting the next update.
