Yes, it was nice to hear from the CEO as he needs to take control of everything.
Anyone happens to know if we have to wait for the audit to finish and we submit for uplist before filing for the preferred's and buying the brokerage or those are unrelated events and he can proceed now by announcing for the preferred's and hopefully the brokerage purchase?-in short, are we in limbo till the uplist occurs or we can do the purchase anytime?
Jan- has- art is missing guys, plz someone try to bring over.
