Judge Jeanine: Chicago Facebook Live Video Attackers 'Have No Remorse'

Judge Jeanine Pirro, host of "Justice with Judge Jeanine," joined "Fox & Friends" to discuss the hate crime charges handed down in the Chicago Facebook Live video.

"It breaks my heart," she said. "This is a victim of a hate crime, of a kidnapping, of brutality. You've got Facebook that is airing this thing live."

On Thursday, Chicago police officials said that Jordan Hill, Tesfaye Cooper, Brittany Covington and Tanishia Covington were arrested and charged with aggravated kidnapping, hate crimes, aggravated unlawful restraint and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon after allegedly live-streaming themselves tying up and torturing a mentally handicapped man while yelling "F--- Donald Trump" and "F--- white people."

"They have no remorse," Judge Pirro said of the assailants. "You know what, you keep that no remorse because the judge that is going to sentence them will consider that when he punishes them."

She said the eventual punishment will depend on the judge, but she said she would recommend a sentence close to the maximum depending on each perpetrators background.

"If they plea bargain this case, then shame on them because that is proof positive to me that Chicago doesn't know what they heck they're doing," she said.

Judge Pirro said that since this crime is on video, it may be difficult for the defense to mount a case.

"What is the defense? I'm a prosecutor, I say, 'Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, take a look at this, I rest my case,'" she said.
