Fellas,, you always need to take into consideration this::: Who is going to be the surviving "HONCHO" in any merger.
Steep would have been in their failed attempt---but here with WW----got a lot of egos here after their building their own company---
I see Steep doing a Reverse Merger before giving up control---so the only viable partners for WW are ones who want to get out of running the company....giving WW control for the potential profit from being a public company and later being able to sell your shares and retire....
