If they receive any news on OM, they may not share either way until the company has a chance to meet, analyze, discuss the direction of the study, adjust the study if necessary and potentially confer with existing and/or new suitors and confirm instructions with the testing locations. It something companies call: strategy. If it's fantastic news, I can't imagine the news would be released immediately.
