$PSGR On April 27, 2016 Pershing Resources issued a Press Release that announced that Blackridge Capital Investment had agreed to purchase up to 9.9% of the common shares with an infusion of up to $1,000,000.00. Over EIGHT MONTHS have passed with no additional information having been provided to shareholders. Has anything been consumated? Where is the investment money? Has Blackridge backed out of the deal? If, and this is a BIG if, the money and shares have changed hands what has become of the money? Was the money used to pay corporate salaries? Was the money used to pay consultant fees? Was the money used to buy equipment and supplies?
Sad that investors have received no additional information about what should have been a cash catalyst to get this dog out of the kennel. TWENTY PLUS YEARS of the same old same old BS.
