Tom has always said that once we have a working modulator we can show it around to the NDA parties that have shown interest. What we need is one big name that commits dollars and the whole situation changes.
From that moment we will get attention from a lot more brokers and instituts. and the present situation of long term holders that keep their shares very tied turns into an advantage for the price of the stock.
