Didn't you have 800K shares back when the stock ran from low 3s to 4s? And we exchanged posts regarding?
Or was it someone else
It is I and 4 others that own the over 1 M, shares.
Like it or not, the questions I wrote Leo are one that keep buyers away. Regardless of trial progression, they have equally sabotaged themselves and shareholders by their other behaviors. To not directly address Leo about this is not being a responsible shareholder, I've sent Leo much worse emails then this one in regards to tone. In this one I used 'appearance and perception' Question, not direct accusations on possible fraudulent behavior.
You really don't think Big P and other savvy investors are not asking these questions and looking at the same; plus all the other stuff not mentioned in my email?
You loyal longs, why not answer my questions on K, B and P?
One thing I edited out of my email was Leo and Krishna's association with NNVC as insiders and its apparent scam where even Tox studies have yet to be completed. By past association they bring doubt to new investors who do any DD on the two.
You can all continue to keep your heads in the sand and think I'm a short, but I'm pretty sure you know that not to be the case. I've had Leo's ear since 2011 and I do get responses to my emails from him even the ones where I express my rage. He knows I posted the email.
