Magnum has said the same thing originally he thought it would be DIGP. Currently I believe DIGP would be a very tactful move as they have a large portion of business currently in Vegas. With 40+mil visitors a year and legal MJ coming this alone is much bigger than Oregon altogether. TRTC +DIGP have both filed late 10K's which was expected. While Steep Hills does seem logical certainly some thought in DIGP seems sensible at this point. I would think either one would be absolutely huge. IMO, certainly something is going to happen with SGBY very soon as the slower incremental growth plan they are calling for will not get them the early bird gets the worm 800lb gorilla status WW desires but eaten alive by big money and the ties they have with politicians. AS magnum and you have so their is no choice eat or get eaten. The way I see it DIGP has a much better SS and could very well be the acquirer as their new CEO is known for this. So therefore WW needs to acquire Steeple Hills 1st as this could really be huge and make this a dream team. Imagine Steve D from the biggest dispensary on our side.

PS The strange thing is this really makes a lot of sense...I mean dollars.
