Good advice.
Company isnt going by their own timeline. It is being forced upon them by KBM/the courts. At some point, the judge will put an end to the endless delays.
Why would HJOE stall? What benefit to them?
KBM has all the reason to stall and try to drive up legal costs, try to create shareholder lashback/civil suits to try and get them to file.
Shorted shares do not just go away when a company goes dark. They still must be rectified until company goes bankrupt or ceases to 3xist as an ongoing entity. Neither of these apply to HJOE. that is why the bashing remains on iLie. They need to quash any enthusiasm. Why else would they waste time (money) hammering a halted stock that they claim will never relist...?
