Par for the course B.Izzy. I don't think the SEC was doing much in the OTC anyway. Any effect of the change will be long after CTIX begins forging deals so I'm not too worried about it. We have enough cash to get through B-UP, B-OM Interim and P 2B. Aspire is there if we need a bit more but we're largely out of reach of short influence now. They'll still have their fun but they can't really impact the company.

As for the judge, it would be nice if she slapped Rosen with some sanctions but I don't think it will add much to our coffers. If the judgment waits until we sign a deal, then it could be tens of millions but as it stands we haven't actually paid Ashcroft much (worthless options to date). I also think that's where it ends based on the latest 10-Q where Legal Procedings were listed as 'None'. This is good in my opinion as we don't want outstanding legal affairs when it comes to striking deals, particularly buyouts or partnerships where another company buys our stock. Of course, we'll have to leave it to the SEC to track down Mako. Fat chance of that and at this point I don't really care.
