That's what I'm thinking all those shares were in may/June. Close to 1 billion shares traded hands in the weeks of 5/2-5/9. That was a couple of weeks before 8k. What would make SPCL appealing? Lots of shares that could be bought back? I'm not sure and couldn't even begin to speculate.
