I sent a TOS violation for jackPOTday posting personal details about someone - including name, address and phone number - and nothing was done. That was after I already deleted his post twice and he reinstated it twice.
iHub is pretty much a waste of time for me, especially when I have multiple stocks running / about to run as at present.
Don't even get me started on the ludicrous statement that the CEO has "stolen" $30M+ in shareholder's money. People buy shares at a price that they think they can sell for a profit from other people who are willing to offer shares at a certain price because they have made enough profit. Nobody "loses" money unless they choose to sell for a loss - either because they get duped by basher / shorter games or because they are not very good traders.
The CEO has nothing to with it - it's not like people are personally paying him money and he is running off with it - which is how the clueless bashers thinks the stock market works. Yes the company has some old debt - much off it money owed to the CEO in lieu of taking a salary while he tries to build a business. That's what many start-ups do. The CEO's personal liens and traffic tickets also have nothing to do with the viability of trading a particular stock.
There has never been a reverse split on $INCC in the recent era [February 2014 onwards - the "mj era] and there is no need or intention to do so. Anyone who can't make money on $INCC quite frankly shouldn't be trading at the bottom end of the OTC market. Anyone who was patient and observant enough to wait for the basher / shorters to take their eye off the ball - when the stock got to .0001 x .0002 - and take detailed notes regarding what shares were picked up at what price on the way up [or follow the contemporaneous record here from the moment the .0002s started getting bought out - see post # 723 onwards] should be in a good position right now - particularly when the stock has traded in the same range for 31 days continuously.

A very apposite motto for those who trade successfully in the OTC market..
All posts are my opinion - trade at your own risk.
