I imagine that there would be a time-lag of-sorts

I imagine that there would be a time-lag of-sorts between the boardroom & firing-up the reactors, but who-knows, I'll take anything I can get, as long as it pays good. Seems like it might be a tad more realistic to expect something on-or-before the QD-Forum in March.
