Why is it I have the ability to predict the near-term future:
Naysayers will say:
"ICNB is dead!!! STOP SIGN!! COMPANY FAILED!!!"
"STOP SIGN!! ALL IS LOST! THIS TURD IS GOING TO ZERO!"
(..for some reason naysayers love talking about turds)
and..
"ICNB has gone DARK!" I guarantee someone will say that.
First off, most investors dont even know what the stop sign means. They look at it, they get freaked out, because its a red octagon shape, and they sell. They see the term "Common Stock Dark or Defunct" and again, they freak out and sell.
I know of a number of stocks with a stop sign trading much higher than ICNB. All of this information is freely available to everyone at OTCMarkets.com.
its also important, and i stress this point, to realize that many stocks with NO stop sign are worse off than stocks WITH stop signs. Try to invest in LOGG and see how well you do. No stop sign... but you wont make money any time soon.
Second .. wasnt it obvious this was going to happen?
The company is just starting to get things rolling. Any basic investor can go to the SEC website and see they are waiting for the filings. Remember, this is nothing new. We all know and are looking forward to the filings and PRs .
The problem is that many investors or should i call them "Investors" (with quotes), are NOT investors. They are 'hopefulls'. They throw money into a stock, hope for the best, and when something like this comes up, they completely freak out and sell. Of course, they ignore simple basic concepts that the stop sign can easily be removed.
My opinion..
Its absurd to think ICNB's management, lawyers, and accountants are unaware of this. Trust me, they know! They knew this was going to happen LONG before today! They didnt just recieve a letter in the mail saying, "YOURE A STOP SIGN!". They arent scratching their heads right now thinking, "We're a stop sign!??? How did this happen??"
Im not worried about it at all because there is nothing to be worried about. A stock which is REDUCING the number of shares is not a worry. This stop sign is a formality until they get the filing out.
I look forward to the dramatic posts today on the other board from the naysayers. I do not feel bad for investors who sell based on the stop sign.
An uninformed investor is a broke investor.
And to make this post slightly longer and more boring, its imperative for the honest investor to realize and fully understand that a STOP SIGN is NOT 'Caveat Emptor' aka skull and crossbones.
More than likely ICNB has a temporary stop sign, not because they are unwilling to provide disclosure to the public markets but because they are currently unable to provide disclosure to the public markets until they get those disclosures finalized. A math teacher cant hand out the tests until they are graded. We can whine and complain all we want, but he simply can NOT hand them out until they are graded.
FYI... im not going to defend ICNB is naysayers come to this board. Its a waste of time. I know my investment. Naysayers know what they say are lies.
