the problem is not being ignored. Sometimes you have to let perpetrators bury themselves to build a case and so get them banned- as several have been banned here via that strategy-its not easy getting entities banned.
unfortunately they sometimes then create new aliases in violation of site software designed to prevent that
i get pm's from some of these bashers much of the time.
e.g the libel that mits- who is an M.D. saving lives- is an insurance salesman. As I've stated several times the defamation standard re a private individual is mere negligence.
as I've posted several times sometimes its hard to enforce rules when both sides repeatedly violate-though the 1st offenders are usually bashers here.
the choice then becomes removing the entire thread and scores of posts or being more selective. As I've said before this board has been my biggest headache by far of any board i've modded,at one time for months spending over 20 hrs/week dealing w hundreds of strident public and private posts. (this is not my job-i modded this board as part of this sites attempts to create an alternative to the basher sites)
The divisions here-far preceding my involvement w this stock beginning in 2010-are the worst i've seen on these boards. I've asked longs to help me in dealing w interlopers by elucidating what they know about these guys past relationships w NNLX etc. On any other low penny board that 6 plus year history would make me a grandpa -but not so here-the divisions here sometimes seem to predate electricity.
