I do believe IR stated very clearly they were going to collapse the PPS and THEN rebuild it based solely on solid earnings.
Has anyone in the OTC every seen this? Probably not because because most are NOT real investments. BUT TPAC had the BALLS to speak the truth and tell investors their stock was over indlated based on earnings.
Me personally I love it....TPAC wont be a flipper paradise much longer. It will rise with solid earnings thus creating a solid foundation.
Lastly, I bet all this will happen before 15 Feb 17.
