One of my biggest long-term concerns has always been that as QTMM's tremendous potential for profit becomes imminent (like now),a strategy by insiders to disenfranchise me as a stockholder and capture the value of a landslide of income for themselves would manifest itself.
Creating a privileged new class of owners would do just that.
Our newly-departed Comptroller Mr. Lindberg's activities at this prior job at Global seemed to me to make him an ideal agent capable of executing such machinations. It rose to great value, then failed soon after he cashed out.
So, I personally am glad to see all this talk of share price manipulation techniques yield to a return to our current, more-standard business model of growth based on (pending) income.
Yes, today's dip is a shock, but this moment will soon recede into the past, and I do not look for it to endure. The first PR announcement/Quarterly report showing sales will have a far more long lasting positive effect.
So, I welcome SS back as a defender of me (as well as his own) status as a true part-owner of this company. I think it is a good sign that he has faith that QTMM will succeed without the need to resort to manipulations such as outlined in the proxy.
To the C.E.S. and beyond!
Blessings to all,
