GrandPuba: It is important to understand that the criminal abusive naked shorts attack all OTC companies and they usually win because of some of the very reasons you mention in your post. It is kind of like water torture, they wear down shareholders and management alike. Often management doesn't understand what is going on and what they need to do to beat the shorts at their own game. We are fortunate in this regard because I believe NTEK management knows what is going on and is in fact working a plan to overcome those trying to bankrupt the company. Only time will tell if their plan succeeds.
It won't be easy but I think they will as they have accomplished a great deal under very difficult circumstances. I continue to wait for news on our NTGL shares as that distribution is going to be costly for those short and cause all of our brokerage firms to realize the danger they are in. Will our brokerage firms that are short NTEK buy in the NTGL shares they are short as they have a fiduciary duty to do? Will they buy in the NTEK shares they are short? What will this do to the share prices? Will audited financials be filed soon? What will they reveal? I suspect some will in fact sell upon breaking even and move on but while that is an individual decision we all must make those that do it should not look back imho. Good luck to us all. Go NTEK!!!
