ROBIT PLC CONSTITUTES A NEW GLOBAL MANAGEMENT TEAM

Due to the renewal of Robit Plc's structure and operating model, which came into effect on the 1 ^st of January 2017, the company has constituted a new Global Management Team, which replaces the Management Team up to now.

The following persons form the new Global Management Team:

• Harri Sjöholm, Group CEO (for now)

• Olli Kuismanen, VP Down-the-Hole

• Tuomo Niskanen, VP Top Hammer & VP Region EMEA (for now)

• Rowan Melrose, VP Digital Services & VP Region Australia & Asia

• Mikko Mattila, VP Region Americas

• Jorma Juntunen, VP Region East (starting from 1 ^st of March 2017)

• Antti Leino, VP R&D

• Ilkka Miettinen, Group CFO (starting from 22 ^nd of February 2017)

• Terhi Mäkinen, Group HR

The new Global Management Team corresponds the new organization structure and targets further growth for the company.
