Your believing the BS being promoted by the shorts doesn't make it so. Just a matter of time before naked shorting is banned as it is in Europe. Abusive naked shorting is criminal, pure and simple. Naked shorting by the MM's to make a market is not criminal but abusive naked shorting to steal investors funds and bankrupt companies is criminal. Those working these boards for pay on behalf of those who naked short are also criminals and I look forward to the day they are prosecuted.
