Bezons, January 2, 2017 - Atos, a global leader in digital services, today announces the acquisition of Engage ESM, a leading provider in the enterprise-service management sector and a ServiceNow Gold Services Partner. This acquisition will enable Atos to offer enterprise and emerging customers an enhanced portfolio of cloud-based service-management solutions and further solidifies the position of Atos as Europe's number one brand in IT and digital services. Atos is a ServiceNow Gold Sales Partner.

The Engage ESM senior management team will join Atos and will continue to run and grow Engage ESM together with key employees and business partners. Engage ESM will continue to run as a separate company, Engage ESM - an Atos Company.
The transaction has been closed on December 30 th 2016.
