300 people to lead. Then I moved into management and still had the 300 people looking to me for leadership.
Got caught in a buyout. Got the company through all the State and Federal inspections and then I became a liability in the buyout because I knew to much of the dirt.
Knowledge isn't always a good thing. 3 months after being let go I had a conference call with my old boss and the CEO. I laid in out plan and simple to the CEO. 2 weeks later my Ex boss was fired. Payback as he had sold out me and 2 others in the buyout to keep his job.
