2015invest: There is not presently available a way to identify exactly who is naked shorting and that is a huge part of the problem. Most of those doing it would not if their identities were known. Our brokerage firms are largely responsible by not demanding good delivery. They have a fiduciary duty to do so but instead choose to look the other way. Sad but true. Go NTEK!!!
