The reincorporation won't take effect until the end of January. If the O/S is maxed out TPAC can't issue out anymore shares. - No they cannot sell the shares they acquired in Tpac Prime back on the market. It's make or break time for TPAC.. Can the MRVB sustain? If SI created an MRVB with $25k in 2013 and grew the account to the multi-millions in a period of 4 years, what can TPAC's MRVB achieve and in what time frame with EIA / SLA / LA revenues being added to it???
I'm looking past the $109k P.O. Nor am I focused on Q4 2016 despite Bills tweet about expecting revenue & removing the ongoing concern. Instead I'm focused on Q1 2017, I'm factoring 2 payments from WG, at least $1 million from the MRVB, and the fee collection process of 2 LA's all around this time frame. I believe LA payment schedule is $250k per fiscal QTR, so at least $500k from those 2 contracts should be on the books.. I'm waiting on the upcoming EIA E-List to get a better idea of the rev outlook. Your estimates are in line with mine and for the most part seem conservative and realistic.
If no further dilution on behalf of the company occurs, then I believe the 350 million shares which should soon be transferred to the TA for retirement will reduce OS/float. Muse tweeted that half a billion was purchased back, and this was before the common to series C program was initiated. There could have been more shares acquired since then? Also when those shares are retired will we see the volatility to pps be restored and see .0010-.0020's? I can't say I enjoy seeing my investment in the trips, but it has provided a great opportunity for me to load shares w/o being at the whelms of flippers. Once that volatility is restored however, I will probably slow down on my buying - as I'm expecting A LOT of people here to start dumping their millions of shares at .0010-.0020. We will see how the MRVB responds to that market when & if it acquires a DTBP of 2-3 million and is producing 10-30% in daily realized capital gains.. LOL..
