I'm thinking end of 2017 rather than 2018 for stock coming back. I believe HJOE's struck some kind of deal with SEC and am hoping they need to get their house in order by end of 2017. The main takeaways from Veal's address were:
1. Jerky is a run away success and will be enough of a force to erase past misdeeds and
2. The money they expect to make with Jerky will help them get current on filings and return to trading status that will satisfy investors
3. The dealers are very important to them but their current working arrangement with SMS as well as they way things are currently being done needs to be totally overhauled. I believe the hiring of that lawyer is a step to fix this situation in the new year. Veal led off with this topic so this appears to be HJOE"s #1 focus for 2017.
4. Veal thinks times are changing socially and as more of the younger generation matures and becomes a force in the market, that the recovery shot will become more accepted in the market place (I'm guessing similar to how pot laws are being relaxed and they views of marijuana are changing year by year).
