I spoke with Bill regarding the Series C shares and TPAC generally. I won't disclose the details of our conversation but suffice it to say that most of my concerns were allayed by Mr. McKay. I am confident he is working hard to increase shareholder value. He did state that he intends to chair a conference call for all of us loyal TPAC longs but has not yet determined a date. I see big things transpiring in 2017!
