Your concerns so far have been restricted to FINANCIAL matters and the PPS.
Have seem some good spec and bad spec. All of which fall into the category of "WE NOT KNOW". Though one should be concerned about a companies financials that one is into or contemplating getting into , it should be remembered that CTIX is a "DEVELOPMENT STAGE BIOTECH FIRM". Then it should be reviewed as to how management is handling things in that there is no REVENUE (as of yet). Leo has shown over the YEARS that he is and can be very conservative and frugal with cash to keep things going and hold down dilution. He may not be perfect in this but then NO ONE IS. Can mention a number of things he has managed to do in this regard and be highly praised for. Most important (to me anyway) is in the SCIENTIFIC DEVELOPMENT PROGRESS a DEVELOPMENT STAGE BIOTECH FIRM is making and what potential those drugs have, In CTIX they have not one but THREE potentially great drugs. NOTICED YOU DON'T MENTION THEM as part of your review. For 2017, YES we all know things are going to be a bit TIGHT but still DOABLE no matter how one speculates. P first , B second and K later. Can go into more detail here of MINE - BUT would prefer newbes do a lot of their OWN INDEPTH DD about BOTH the SCIENCE and the COMPANY first. Then come here and chat.
