There are around 4 billion.shares on the street. We as shareholders certainly dont own them all, we dont know who does. It js possjble for TPAC to negotiate with sellers privately as I have suggested in the past to acquire stock for eventual retirement. I personally don't care how the do it, open market purchase, c series swap or private sale directly to TPAC. The problem I had in the past and stated it publicly was how the company could get people to actually sell down here. Well they certainly came up with a creative way to do it with a swap of common to series C with a 15% kicker. People would be inclined to do it and perhaps a large portion of the float can be retired. With that said, if TPAC can actually earn money (This year is key) and have a significant reduction in shares, the stock could move exponentially. Not as far fetched as I thought 2 or 3 months ago.
